What is miner status?
Miner status tells you the amount of time your miner was either online or offline. This information can be viewed by clicking on Accounts (while logged into PEGA-Pool) and scrolling down to the Mining Accounts area.
How long until I see activity & earnings after connecting my miner?
A miner usually stabilizes after 10-15 minutes. After that time has passed, you should be able to check your operation status and profits via the ‘Accounts’ page on our website.
Why do I need to set multiple ports?
The use of multiple ports is recommended to ensure stable and sustainable mining. Should a port become inactive, the miner will automaticlly switch to the next and allow mining to continue.
Can I solo mine on PEGA-Pool?
Sorry, we do not offer the option for solo mining as doing so may dilute the overall hashrate and in turn weaken our pool. The greater the number of pool participants, the greater and more stable the rewards will be for all.
Is PEGA-Pool compatible with NiceHash?
NiceHash is a cloud service that sells hashrate which can then be used on our pool to mine. Currently, PEGA-Pool is compatible with this type of service, meaning you can use the purchased hashrate on PEGA-Pool. What are the correct server settings?
Server Settings can be viewed by signing into your PEGA-Pool account and clickling on the Accounts link near the top-left side of the website. From there, scroll down until you see the Server Settings box on the right. Simply click on the Copy hyperlink to easily copy these settings.
