If you accidentally withdraw funds to a wrong wallet address, PEGA-Pool will not be able to locate the recipient of your funds and will not be able to help you recover the payment. Below are some tips to use if you’ve made the mistake and want to try to recover the funds on your own. 

If you know the owner of the address the funds were sent to, please contact them directly.

If your funds were sent to a wallet address on a different platform, please reach out to their customer support team for assistance.

To avoid this mistake, please check and double-check your wallet address both at the time you enter it into our system and just prior to submitting a payout request.
